Jadual kandungan protein dalam makanan

Dalam jadual ini diadopsi oleh rata-rata keperluan harian protein adalah 70 gram. Kadar purata ini untuk orang dewasa dengan berat 70 kg (untuk kanak-kanak dan orang yang mempunyai aktiviti fizikal yang tinggi melebihi norma adalah 1 gram protein per kilogram berat badan). Lajur "Peratus keperluan harian" menunjukkan berapa peratus 100 gram produk yang memenuhi keperluan harian seseorang yang mempunyai berat 70 kg protein.
