Kaedah penyediaan
Kupas epal, angkat biji dan potong. Masukkan air dan gula pasir, masak dengan api kecil hingga lembut. Pukul krim masam yang disejukkan dengan sesudu gula tepung dan campurkan dengan epal sejuk.
